Sight Reading Pieces for Flute: Grade 2 offers sixty-five mainly eight-bar pieces to aid teachers in preparing pupils for the Grade 2 exam. A useful glossary of Italian musical terms is included. Time signatures include 2/2, 2/4, 3/4/ and 4/4. Key signatures are C, F and G, and A minor. The composers have devised a preparation plan: thirty exercises to be used in lessons, thirty at home during practice time and an additional five for more intensivepreparation in advance of the exam itself.
