Ludwig van Beethoven

Piano Concerto No. 2 B flat op. 19

Experience Ludwig van Beethoven's Piano Concerto No. 2 in B-flat major, Op. 19, in this premium edition from the renowned Edition Peters. Although published second, this early masterpiece radiates youthful vigor, classical elegance, and the unmistakable forward-driving spirit of the young Beethoven. This edition for two pianos, four hands features the piano reduction containing both the solo part and the orchestral accompaniment—ideally suited for rehearsals with an accompanist or for dynamic performances on two pianos. A special highlight is the inclusion of Beethoven's own original cadenza, offering performers authentic insight into the master's creative voice. An indispensable staple of the concert repertoire for aspiring pianists, students, and music enthusiasts alike.
