Editio Musica Budapest launches a new series for the youngest pupils of string instruments based on the model of the popular 'Leggiero' series. Each part of the pieces included in the volumes of 'Leggerissimo' can be played in the first position which enables children to get a foretaste of the pleasure of playing in an orchestra after merely some years of instrumental studies. The first volume contains the arrangement of 18th-century Hungarian dance tunes. In addition to strings, the orchestral sound may be enriched by percussion instruments ad libitum.
