Georges De Kerpel studied clarinet and composition at the Royal Conservatory of Brussels. He received a first prize award in composition from Peter Cabus while at the conservatory. This chamber work, for a rather unique combination of instruments, consists of four movements: Marcia, Andante, Wals and Allegro. Scored for Clarinet, Vibraphone and Contrabass
