Michel Carros a écrit cet arrangement rythmique et très swing de quelques chants de Noëls connus. Dans un style de musique de danse fort rythmée il nous présente à sa façon quelques classiques du répertoire de Noël. D'abord, il y a la chanson allemande O Tannenbaum (Mon beau sapin) et le classique américain Jingle Bells qui sont d' abord interprétés dans un tempo de fox-trot. Puis, Jingle Bells est joué dans un style dixieland. Le tempo de fox-trot est repris pour l' interprétation du cantique allemand O du fröhliche et pour le célèbre chant de Noël français Il est né le divin enfant. E. A Christmas Dance Party - Michel Carros Michel Carros wrote a fine swinging arrangement of some famous Christmas Songs. In fact he presents some Christmas evergreens in different dance rhythms. The party starts with the German carol 'O Tannenbaum' and the American evergreen 'Jingle Bells' both played in a swinging foxtrot tempo. 'Jingle Bells' is subsequently performed in a genuine Dixieland style, before the foxtrot rhythm comes back. Next comes the German Christmas song 'O du fröhliche' and to conclude, still in swinging foxtrot tempo, we hear the celebrated French carol Il est né le divin enfant (Gloria in Excelsis).
