Description:
Nico Muhly’s Southwark Service is his sixth setting of the Magnificat and Nunc dimittis for Evensong. Subtitled ‘Service in Fifths’ this was written for Ian Keatley and the Choir of Southwark Cathedral, marking the retirement of The Very Revd Andrew Nunn, Dean of Southwark. Setting the text in English, this is scored for mixed choir and organ.
