Divoti Affetti alla Passione di Nostro Signore

Immerse yourself in the deeply moving soundscape of Baroque Passion music with “Divoti Affetti alla Passione di Nostro Signore”. This exquisite collection brings together ten poignant duets for soprano, alto, and basso continuo, depicting the Passion of Christ with remarkable emotional depth and melodic elegance.

Edited by Bernhard Schrammek and published by the esteemed Ortus Musikverlag, this high-quality full score provides ensembles and soloists with an authentic, well-founded edition of a true gem of sacred vocal repertoire. The intimate interplay between the two solo voices and the basso continuo (ideally scored for theorbo and organ) offers rich expressive possibilities for both Passiontide concerts and liturgical services. An invaluable addition to any early music collection.
