Description:
Blues in F. Swing: medium to up tempo. The tenors always get more solo space it seems than the alto players. Bert wrote this for his alto saxophone players so they would have some serious space to show their stuff. It's a blues featuring the two altos with the melody and solo space. Solo space with backgrounds is provided for each soloist. There is an ensemble section as an interlude between the two soloists. It's all straight ahead and fun.
