Written in honor of the great Howard Rumsey, the former leader/bassist of the Hermosa Beach, CA based Lighthouse All-Stars. Lead trumpet to a high written E. 5/4/4/4 no doubles required but flugels as requested at several points will contribute to the lyricism.
