Written to feature pianist Shelly Berg, this chart is a lovely spacious ballad in three. Strong pianist and rhythm section needed to pull this off conceptually. Stylistically in the ECM mode, this is an absolute beauty based on the theme from Lou's four movement symphonic stuite Shades of Winter (Mt. Evans Suite).
