This book presumes a basic knowledge of these skills, however, interspersed amongst the exercises are are bits of advice from the author, as well as three of her teachers, Stacey Steele (Slippery Rock University), Angeleita Floyd (University of Northern Iowa) and Katherine Borst Jones (Ohio State University) to help master this skill.
