2 Horns in F, 2 Trumpets in Bb, 3 Trombones, Timpani
Strings (Violin 1, Violin 2, Viola or Violin 3, Cello, Bass)

This arrangement can be played in various ways,and most passages for woodwind and brass have been cued in the string parts. The Suite can be played by strings and any available wind, but if performed by strings only bars 13 - 24 of the Air should be cut, and in the Moderato bars 1 - 4 and 9 -12 should be cut and bars 5 - 8 and 13 - 16 repeated. The wind cues are incorporated in the piano part which may be used either in lieu of woodwind and brass or when insufficient string players are available to produce complete harmony. The four movem ents in this suite are: Pomposo, Air, Moderato, Hornpipe.

A PACK comprises one full score, string parts 4/4/3/4/2 and any wind, brass and percussion parts.
