Wolfgang Amadeus Mozart

Fantasia F Minor K.594

Wolfgang Amadeus Mozart’s impressive Fantasia in F minor, K. 594 ("Orgelstück für eine Uhr") is one of the most fascinating late works of the Viennese master. Originally composed for a mechanical musical clockwork, this masterpiece unfolds an unsuspected tonal depth and dramatic expressiveness in its arrangement for chamber orchestra. The poignant melancholy of the outer slow sections provides a captivating contrast to the brilliant, contrapuntally masterly middle section.

This high-quality set of string parts from the renowned publisher Karl Heinrich Möseler Verlag provides the perfect foundation for a rich musical experience (string scoring: 3-3-2-3). Whether for festive concerts or themed orchestra evenings, enrich your repertoire with Mozart's ingenious artistry and enchant your audience!
