Description:
This multi-meter, jazz inspired composition has infectious rhythms and tuneful melodies that are highlighted by the driving percussion riffs, propelling the music through a variety of styles, moods, and textures. The title is a play on words combining the word 'matrix' that refers to a mathematical array of numbers, and 'metric' that relates to the variety of meters used in the piece.
