The ABA form is highlighted in this pleasant and varied piece. This work is indeed composed of three themes. Right from the opening bars, an energetic and sustained motif is developed. The second movement is more serene and somewhat romantic. Finally, the third movement reintroduces the opening elements, now supported by quite an elaborate rhythmic line leading to a triumphant finale.
