Description:
William Blake's 'Songs of Innocence', published in 1879, consists of a series of poems describing the innocence and joy of the natural world. To fully appreciate these beauties, Blake advocates that man needs a closer relationship with God. The text for 'Sweet Dreams' is taken from a selection of verses of one of these poems.
