This relaxed (mm=108), hip (but not too hip!), Basie-style chart is a great vehicle for teaching your young band how to lay back. This is the perfect middle-of-the-set chart. There are short solos for trumpet and either alto or tenor. Ranges: trumpet 1 to G, trombone 1 to F. Notated piano voicings and bass lines are provided, along with chord symbols.
