Based on 'It Could Happen To You', the chart alternates between bossa nova and swing feels, and the keys of Eb and G. A sax soli chorus proceeds solos by trumpet or trombone, and alto or tenor, each with 2 choruses of backgrounds. A bass/bari/bass trombone unison chorus separates the solos, with two choruses of counterpoint and shout completing the arrangement.
